Age: 24–28 years
- Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / OCI Card holder
- Open to diaspora youth (Non-Resident Indians are not eligible)

Documents Required
- Duly filled Application Form
- Copy of Passport valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2 blank pages
- Copy of PIO/OCI Card (if available)
- Educational Qualification Certificate (Minimum required: Graduation from a recognized university)
- Passport-size coloured photograph
